We are on the hunt for an energetic Team Leader for our Inwards Goods/Despatch Department, to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Based at our busy Albany branch you will lead a team of 3 and utilise your previous warehouse and logistics experience to assist with inwards goods and despatch. Heaps of variety to your day so you’ll need to bring lots of energy, be reliable and have an awesome attitude to learn.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone with warehouse, logistics and staff management experience
  • Someone eager to get stuck in with a good work ethic
  • A great sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • A physically fit person who is able to lift heavy gear when required
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • You must have a current Drivers Licence

Hours of work 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.

Do you want to come and be part of our journey? A rare and exciting opportunity is available to lead our Hamilton Branch. We are on the hunt for a motivated self-starter. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience in the plumbing industry and be familiar with us and what we are all about.  

This is a hands-on role, you will be working closely with an awesome team, customers, suppliers, other branches and our community. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and have a proven track record of connections within the industry.

We are all about people, so some of our core requirements of our new Branch Manager will be:

  • A down to earth leader, who leads by example
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure by going the extra mile
  • A transparent collaborative communicator
  • Can deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding customer and team expectations
  • At least 3-5 years in a successful leadership, coaching and mentoring role working with a high performing team
  • Plumbing trade sales, showroom, warehouse and inventory management experience is an advantage.
  • Health and Safety focused 
  • Most importantly a great sense of humour to work with our fantastic team in Hamilton

We are on the hunt for a Group Housing Support person to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Based at our Albany Branch you will work closely with our sales team and customers to deliver an outstanding and efficient service. As Group Housing Support you will be responsible for providing technical and general support to our customers as well as preparing a range of documentation to support the sales process.

You will use your excellent coordination and time management skills to ensure that all sales orders are processed and delivered within project deadlines. This role will provide loads of variety to your day, so you’ll need to bring lots of energy, be reliable and have an awesome attitude to learn.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in the Plumbing/Bathroom Industry
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be professional, bubbly, enthusiastic and approachable
  • Have a strong customer service attitude and passion
  • High attention to detail and able to juggle a varied workload
  • Someone eager to get stuck in with a good work ethic
  • A great sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Project Management experience preferred but not essential

 

Hours of work will be 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
