Shipping Destinations
We ship our products to customers across New Zealand and its Offshore Islands. We are only able to deliver to physical addresses (sorry, no PO Box addresses).
Delivery to New Zealand’s Offshore Islands
Goods can be delivered to a mainland shipping agent of your choice. Our delivery responsibility ends when the selected agent signs for the goods. All further transportation from this point will be your responsibility.
Commercial Premises
We ship to commercial premises. Please ensure the full name of the business is in the delivery address section of your order details.
We do not ship products internationally.

We strive to process and deliver orders within 3-5 business days.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier delays, or other issues may occasionally cause delivery delays. Free shipping over $100.
Orders under $100: Flat rate of $7.50.
Click & Collect
We offer a convenient free click-and-collect option for our local customers. Simply place your order online and choose the click-and-collect option at checkout. You can pick up your order from your chosen store during our business hours. Please wait for a confirmation email or call notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.
